Interview
Applied online and received phone call same day. Had a short interview over phone wth basic questions and then the lady interviewing said I would receive an email or call about further action. Received an email a few days later simply saying I didn't get the job. Wasn't much to it, think I was declined because lack of experience.
Very friendly and welcoming environment the second I walked through the door. Interviewer was down-to-earth and easy to talk to, which made me feel more comfortable during the interview process.

Interview
It was an Informal process. Single interview and they hired me. They wanted to see if I was someone who would show up to work. One of the Leaders on Duty ran the interview.
