Interview
Already working for the company, i decided to try and move higher up. I applied for the position. Took them a few weeks for the interview, About a week before my interview they started training someone for the spot i applied for. Which made no since if they didn't fill the spot. I did the interview, as did a few others. I talked with the girl who was training and she told me she got the spot. But couldn't announce it yet. The girl was the sister of the last girl who had that position... Need i say more as to how she got the spot.

Interview
I had a total of two interviews with two different managers . First interview was just telling me about the job I'm applying for and about my availability and a few senerio questions. Second interview was more about being confident and holding my ground for the position I applied for. Over all they were pretty great . The managers made me feel like I was part of a team before I am even hired. Then lastly I just had to answer a few questions for HR, nothing crazy just like my birthday and stuff.
