I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Target (Fontana, CA) in Oct 2017
Interview
Took a very long time (Hiring event) they had groups of people and were sending them too a cramped hallway to wait to be called individually. Be prepared to wait a long time. I waited 2 hours even though I was early and had a scheduled time. First interview was quick simple and easy asked basic questions about priorities and what I knew about Target. I did great according the the hr and I was called back for a second interview which consisted of them getting my id and social and giving me the job offer.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Target (Keene, NH)
Interview
Scheduled a phone interview and the interviewer never showed up. I was offered a job a few days later with no interview. Huge red flag and I did not take the job.
It is a video interview with questions prior to recording and you answer the questions. It's very straightforward and easy to do. Then you'll talk to a supervisor prior to getting hired
fairly simple the interview process includes an online application, possible assessment, and an in-store interview focused on customer service and availability, followed by a conditional offer, background check, and orientation
