Interview
3 people will interview you if you're good enough to pass the first 2 then the last will be the store manager. They asked questions like name a time you helped someone, name a time you helped someone and they were not satisfied, name a time you help out a coworker.
Received a phone call. Scheduled an interview. Chatted with two people and answered questions related to posted position. Everyone was friendly. The process took less than an hour, and I had a job offer before I left the building.
Filled out on line application and was called same day for phone screen and conditional offer. Signed and accepted offer through on line portal and set up for a training schedule within a day of signed offer.
Very simple interview process back when I interviewed. Applied, got a call shortly after to set up a phone interview, then moved to an in-person interview/orientation after the initial interview.
