Interview
After application completed on line I was called in for an interview. I was asked the situational questions which were not applicable to my 20 years of experience as detailed on the application. Nor applicable to seasonal part time work.

Did you ever have a time your suggestion was declined.
Received a phone call. Scheduled an interview. Chatted with two people and answered questions related to posted position. Everyone was friendly. The process took less than an hour, and I had a job offer before I left the building.
Filled out on line application and was called same day for phone screen and conditional offer. Signed and accepted offer through on line portal and set up for a training schedule within a day of signed offer.
Very simple interview process back when I interviewed. Applied, got a call shortly after to set up a phone interview, then moved to an in-person interview/orientation after the initial interview.
