The interview went well, friendly demeanor, should show up with an upbeat attitude. Wasn't afraid to share my volunteer and school life. HR manager is very sweet so I think if you show that same attitude you'll be hired.

If you see a guest and they look confused, what do you do?
The interview were very straightforward and the atmosphere was relaxed. I spoke with a shift lead and then the HR manager. The questions were typical and there was some discussions.
This was a few years ago, but I just went in and spoke with the manager in their office. Very casual and quick interview. Only 1 interview was required which was nice!

It was very quick and I was hired on immediately. I was a college student going to TAMU Galveston at the time. The team was pretty easy going but just not there to help me grow as an individual.
