Simple. I was called for an interview, made an appointment, went, standard type interview. They followed up with a job offer within 2 weeks. The job offer was contingent on passing a physical fitness test.

The interview process consisted of me and one other person in a small dark room. They asked me basic generic questions regarding personality. At the end of it, I was not offered the job likely as it was my first ever real interview.
The onboarding process was fantastic—simple, easy to follow, and incredibly informative.
