I had 2 interviews, roughly 15 minutes each. They weren't too bad. They asked me questions about my leadership skills, and how I would handle certain situations. I got the job in the end.

If I customer disputes a price on an item at the register within a $10 difference from the current price, what should you do?
The interview were very straightforward and the atmosphere was relaxed. I spoke with a shift lead and then the HR manager. The questions were typical and there was some discussions.
This was a few years ago, but I just went in and spoke with the manager in their office. Very casual and quick interview. Only 1 interview was required which was nice!

It was very quick and I was hired on immediately. I was a college student going to TAMU Galveston at the time. The team was pretty easy going but just not there to help me grow as an individual.
