Had to wait in the break room until name was called, and I was asked what I wanted to do in target, then proceeded to ask very insightful questions which were very difficult for me to answer.

When was one time you achieved something as a group? What was it and how did you do it?
easy interview, behavioral questions mainly, taiolered around customer service. Also how you would work a register. It was brief, maybe 10 minutes. But I suppose it depends on the interviewee
In person interview with manager and assistant manager. They each asked a handful of questions about availability and dealing with customers. Follow up was timely but I didn't want the job
