The process seemed pretty straight forward though I did not make it far along in it with that said I would say if I had meet their qualifications it would have been easy

Question 1
Describe your most recent leadership position and how you dealt with interpersonal conflict
It was calm they were very professional and understanding. We walked the floor and they got a feel for me as a person in order to gauge if I would be well under pressure
All their interview questions where situational based. Practice answering tell me about a time when to be successful in this interview. The entire team treated me fairly and the pay was enticing. Target seems like a really great place to work for.
