I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Minneapolis, MN) in Jan 2020
Interview
One phone interview with human resources, one in person interview with the hiring manager at location. Both super nice and helpful and easy to deal with. Attire was casual but I went business casual. Prep on behavioral questions is a must.

Question 1
Tell me about a time where you had a lot of stress at work and how did you manage it?
Straightforward. Direct questions and answers. No games. Great process and follow-up. I hope all interviews are like this in the future. Other employers should do the same to make hiring a pleasant experience
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target
Interview
the interview process included three one on one interviews. All three interviews were over zoom and with different individuals with the company. I met with an employee at a college career fair and that’s how I started the interview process.

Question 1
A time you worked with someone with different opinions than you.
I was invited for an interview where the manager appeared quite defensive throughout the conversation. At times, the discussion became unnecessarily personal and veered off-topic. Additionally, the process included a puzzle-solving exercise that seemed unrelated to the role. Even though my solution was correct, the manager insisted on a specific version that aligned with his own expectations.
