Fairly easy interview I was asked simple questions. I was Interviewed by two managers but both interviews were 1 on 1 on the same day. I got the job on the spot and came in a couple days later to do my paper work and start.

It was automated and I had to record some questions to respond to. They also had a practice portion for getting used to this before having to answer the questions for each step

How would you approach a situation in which a team member wasn’t completing their work
Email you with a link to a simple online interview recorded on your phone and submitted online. then they reached out later for an online call for some quick questions and job the offer.
You had to fill out an application online. I was selected for a video interview. I had to answer questions that randomly popped up my screen via video. I believe each response was timed.
