      Executive Pharmacist Float Interview

      4 Mar 2014
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Target in Feb 2014

      Interview

I contacted the recruiter by email and got a reply back within two hours. An interview was set up a few days later. The phone interview lasted about 15 minutes with three situational questions. Second interview was with a store manager at a target store, which lasted about 30 minutes with 5 situational questions mostly focused on leadership. The final interview was with the District team lead and his "Pharmacy consultant," [finally a pharmacist] who just sat through the interview and took notes. She did ask one question about the number of scripts we do a day at my current job. The interview lasted about 45 minutes with tougher situational questions.

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Target in Mar 2014

      Interview

Interviewed with a recruiter first and second interview was with a store manager, both were phone interviews. Both asked why Target followed by 4 situational questions. All responses are expected to follow a situation/task, action, result format. Both interviewers were pleasant but second interviewer seemed in a rush which may have led me to ramble my responses.

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Target (Omaha, NE) in Oct 2012

      Interview

HR assistant was very helpful before phone interview w/ her. She told me what kind of questions to expect. Next was face-to-face interview with RXBP (district pharmacy manager). More situational/behavioral interview questions. Called back the same day (surprising!) to interview with DTL (district store manager).
