Interview
Normal questions about strengths and weaknesses as well as skill set and future expectations. They also were interested in getting to know a few personal things such as personality traits by asking about how you would handle a angry customer or situation
After I completed the online interview answering questions I got a call the next day offering me a position. Although it was in a different sector of the store it was still pretty straightforward
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Target in Jan 2022

video interview was the first interview. after that is a phone call interview. after that you get the job and do training. the interview process was overall easy. they hire on avability.
