Personable interview wanted to know about the previous experience but also the type of person they were hiring, including personal long-term goals outside of the business. They really want to make sure they're hiring the right fit for the job along with someone who is personable with the current team.

What is something you'd like to achieve in the next 5 years or less?
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
It was interesting. Not hard at all, straightforward, and pretty open people. It was an okay interview and what you’d typically expect. So don’t stress stress it, I mean kinda try your best
