Applied in store and was contacted by regional manager. I interviewed with that regional manager and the store manager within the same week. A few days later I received an offer.

Describe a time when you had to resolve a customer complaint
Easy smooth it was good and efficient they asked lots of questions around customers and how to handle them. The interviewer was very kind, asking if I had previous retail experience
Good, it was a new store so they were staffing up from the beginning. Honest and straightforward about job. Hours were limited because of the amount of people they onboarded at the beginning but other than that, it was a good process.
