I applied online. I interviewed at Target (Anchorage, AK) in Jul 2021
Interview
Interview was conducted online through hire view. During the interview process I had to answer six automated yet position related questions all while having your answers recorded to be later reviewed by the hiring manager. The process felt uncomfortable.

Question 1
The majority of the questions were scenario oriented but it was the first question that ruined it for me, not to mention it took me several minutes to get my device to work right. I kept getting cut off. The question was about my experience, and why I applied.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Windsor, CT) in Jan 2026
Interview
Very easy , interviewing was via zoom . Shared previous experience and skills . Interview only lasted about 30 minutes . Didn’t feel like I was being sold a dream about the expectations or pay .
Interviews were conducted virtually and recruiter was easy to communicate with. The first interview was a more general personality check type interview, getting to know the role and about my general interest. Then the second interview was about a week later with two others and it was more about the detailed aspects of the job and how my strengths would contribute to the role. I heard back within a few days.
5 to 6 generic interview questions the biggest ones focusing on how you handle conflict and work as a team. Make sure you can emphasize that customer service is at the core of asset protection and loss mitigation.
