Very simple and straightforward . All online and was very quick. Gave time to calculate answers and respond effectively . Asked about 5-8 questions and only took about 15 minutes in total

They use STARR method for questions. Be prepared to have a lot of examples of past work experience or real life experience. It’s a customer facing role so be prepared to answer questions in ways that reflect you being of service to customers.

Why do you think you would be a good fit for this role?
The interview process was quick and easy. It was a virtual interview with basic interview questions and several attempts on each one. After that a phone call to review the job standards, confirm department and availability.
