I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target
Interview
Went to a career fair on college grounds. Talked to a recruiter and had an interview the next day. Three behavioral questions and that was it. Was kind of difficult because you had to impress the interviewer with only three questions. Did a pretty job. Got back to me in a week and passed the first round and was supposed to go do on-site interview. Have yet to hear back from them. Overall, process was simple and ok.
I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Target (Lawrence, KS) in Sept 2017
Interview
The interview was on campus and started as a casual conversation. The interviewer then moved into some pointed questions about my past working history and asked that I tell her more about myself. She then read questions off of a prepared sheet of paper. The interview took about 40 mins. The interview was obtained by going to an on campus career fair the day before.
