Super puntual , en dos idiomas para ver con cual me acomodaba asi que me dieron a opcion de entrevistarme en mi idioma natal .
Muy sencilla y corta la entrevista siempre objetivos al puesto y en el analista de la entrevista me ofrecieron uno que en cagaba mejor y me preguntaron si lo me interesaba o me quedaba con el anterior .

Virtual Interview, questions revolve around leadership and responsibilities. Prior to the interview there is a behavioral online assessment. Orientation is in person and usually in a group. Will spend your first day shadowing and completing training videos.

The interview process at Target was very straightforward and conversational. I was asked to talk about myself and my prior retail experience, discuss my availability, and highlight my strongest qualities. The focus was on understanding my customer service skills, work ethic, and overall fit for the role.

They asked how I handle difficult or challenging tasks.
All completed online with prerecorded videos that can be completed on your computer or phone with three tries per question. Once the interviews are completed, Target will inform you that you either received a job offer or you did not. If you accept, you begin training shortly.
