I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Target (Cathedral City, CA) in Mar 2015
Interview
My interview was really chill, of course like anyone else I was nervous but the person interviewing me was really cool and laid back. the hr lady turned on a video describing each position and so on. finally each applicant got interviewed separately by a manager. i went in and she asked me generic questions anyone can answer really. once we were done she sent me in the lobby, and got called in by a guy whom i recognized from high school (he was a senior when i was a freshman) so we got along quite well luckily. he was a really chill guy and he asked me how id fit in best at the position, etc. he non-chalantly told me id fit best in the logistics area, which was the sales floor basically, i said ok and he sent me back in the lobby. I got sent into the room with the HR lady and she offered me the position very politely and i politely accepted.

Question 1
Name 3 occasions in your life in which you had to lead a team to success?
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
It was interesting. Not hard at all, straightforward, and pretty open people. It was an okay interview and what you’d typically expect. So don’t stress stress it, I mean kinda try your best
