Terribly robotic Q&A session that allows for no natural human interaction. Being put through excessive amounts of lengthy to ask and answer questions. Being led to a computer to answer a bunch more questions.
Online interview pretty easy, the best time to apply is during seasonal and then get hired on after they ask you a lot of scenario based questions and how you would handle it

If a guest came up with a coupon we do not take what would you do
It was virtual. You record a video response to questions. I got several tries before submitting the video. You pick the best take and then send it. I would have rather had an in person interview.
