simple situational questions such as customer service, help desk, and safety procedures. Basically what to do and not to do in retail in general. Overall, they just want bodies not brains for this position.

The interview process was very easy as it was a 6 question pre-recorded video interview. You record yourself answering the questions and you have about 3 tries to record your answers.

Interview
Applied online and was sent a HireVue Video interview. Interview had about 5 questions. Once completed Target was quick to get back to me with an offer letter. No second interview. I was hired on as seasonal and they had decided to keep me full on.
I was taken to a room in the employee break room and they asked about times I've had to interact with people I disagree with. It was relatively informal and I was hired there based on my availability.
