Not many questions in person. The in person portion was just showing around the store. Mainly online with basic timed interview questions. Didn’t feel natural. Would have been better with more interaction with the manager.

Leadership experience and conflict resolution skills .
It was interesting. Not hard at all, straightforward, and pretty open people. It was an okay interview and what you’d typically expect. So don’t stress stress it, I mean kinda try your best
Standard process, STAR method is good to use in interviews like this. Wear nice clothing not too dressed up not too formal and be friendly. Positive environment not super high pressure
