Interview
I was interviewed remotely over a series of timed self tapes (with a maximum number of do-overs). The questions were pretty standard. The process was simple and pretty quick. I believe I heard back within a week.

How do you work/resolve conflict in a team setting?
Filled out initial application and then got sent an online hirevue which had around 6 questions. The hirevue gave some time to prepare each answer and you could retake the answer a couple of times.

What would you do if you saw a guest on the floor that looked like they needed assistance?
It was a virtual interview and I answered questions that were recorded. There was not any interaction with a person. I think i had the opportunity to re-record some questions and it was timed.

It was straightforward and also easy for me also they were asking basic questions like How can you help a customer if he is roaming around how would u aproach him and make them feel welcomed?
