Pretty simple process. Went in and interviewed with the Team Lead, most questions were behavioral in nature. Ended up just chatting for a bit and I was offered the job on the spot, then was sent to talk to the Supervising Lead who verified a couple aspects of my application.
Average interview
Application
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Target in Sept 2015
Interview
2 interviews, both went smoothly and were pretty quick. The first guy that interviewed me was different than the 2nd guy that interviewed me. Then after he interviewed me another person from HR came in and talked to me about what I would be doing and then I was hired. Overall it was quick and easy and I got the job

Question 1
If I talked to one of your teachers or managers, what do you think they would say you could work on a little bit?
It was easy. Pretty straightforward. For a team member, I would not expect more which is actually a really good thing. The manager was nice as well and made the process easy.
I applied online. I interviewed at Target (San Bruno, CA)
Interview
Phone interview, and orientation right after. Not much else at the time. Scheduled for orientation with a few other people. After orientation, a drug screening scheduled, and was called back about a week or so afterwards to start work.
