Great process. The questions weren't so bad. Mentions certain sceneries and what was the out come. Somethings such as what would you do if certain things such as the forklift and the scene do not escalate .

Very simple interview process. You will likely do a HireVue style video interview with behavioral/situational questions, than an in person or zoom follow up with a hiring manager. they ask about your experience, and how you handle conflicts or stress, and how you would resolve them.
