I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Target (Ann Arbor, MI) in Nov 2015
Interview
30-minute conversation with marketing manager. She was friendly but also seemed a bit rushed. Interview consisted of scripted questions off of a sheet. Basic behavioral/fit questions as well as questions about successful marketing campaigns seen in the past. Pretty standard marketing interview. There was a dinner the day before.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Minneapolis, MN) in Aug 2024
Interview
Two rounds of interviews, with two senior marketing individuals and direct manager. Interview friendly but thorough, focused on a lot of behavioral questions. Received follow up information throughout the process, final decision a week later.

Interview
Awful, they use Microsoft Team, a knock off version of ZOOM. They were unorganized in the questions asked for the interview, repeating the same ones. It was a 2 person interview, when one of them acknowledged the awkward silence. They could see me, I could NOT see them.
