Interview
The interviews were not hard at Target, but the process was long. Every time I went for an interview, I feel like I was basically saying the same things over and over again to different people.
I met an on-campus recruiter so I did not have to do a phone interview.
After giving my resume to the recruiter, I received an email about setting up an on-campus interview almost a month later.
Prior to my on-campus interview, I had to submit my resume to the online Target database and was also given an assessment that consisted of behavioral, logic, and word problem questions.
After my on-campus interview, I received an email asking me to come to a group interview day.
The questions were mostly the same as the first interview (5 behavioral questions).
The next day I set up a quick phone call to discuss mostly logistical issues.
After that, needed to take a drug test within 24 hours.

Standard 3 round interview process. Was happy to meet with multiple managers. Interviewers encouraged the use of the STAR method. Had an opportunity to meet with the site manager and human resources team.

During the phone interview for the position of Executive Intern at Target, I had a positive and engaging experience. The interviewer began by introducing themselves and explaining the structure of the interview process. They were professional and friendly, creating a comfortable environment for me to showcase my qualifications.
