After having an initial interview, I came back the next day for a second interview. I waited in the lobby for 3 hours. Once I was in the interview, it was the same questions as my first interview.

Scheduled a phone interview and the interviewer never showed up. I was offered a job a few days later with no interview. Huge red flag and I did not take the job.
It is a video interview with questions prior to recording and you answer the questions. It's very straightforward and easy to do. Then you'll talk to a supervisor prior to getting hired
