Simple . Come in talk for a bit get asked a few question . They ask if your willing to push red cards. The hiring manager was real nice. She kept things friendly and made you feel comfortable. Applied online and got a call a couple of days later.

I did an online interview followed by a phone call, which were both went pretty smoothly compared to most interviews I have done. The questions in the video interview are the usual interview questions, and the phone call were mostly confirming my hiring.
I was first interviewed by team lead then the store’s manager. They asked situational questions that were very easy to answer. Then they made a hiring decision right on the spot.

Interview
I did a virtual interview on HireVue and then was called in for a follow up a few days later, in person. The virtual interview was easy and you could re-record your answers up to 3 times.
