I was interviewed by a store manager along with a manager-in-training who was there to observe. Most of the interview questions were typical, asking about my previous work experience, strengths, why I wanted to work there, etc. One unique question that was asked was to describe a time when I helped someone purely for their benefit.

It went fantastic! Online interview process was painless, and helps if you're feeling nervous in-person. Since I did good, I went for an in-person interview. Highly recommend applying- target cares for it's employees
2-step interview. Super easy to get through as long as you have a positive attitude and honesty. Management are looking for true personalities and usually can tell when a demeanor is being faked.
