I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Target (Gainesville, FL) in Sept 2014
Interview
Multiple rounds, short one-on-one interview to begin. Very standard questions, typically experience based. Interviewers were friendly and timely. Careful not to go over the time limit. Referenced resume frequently. After the interview received an email to schedule a follow-up. Did not receive any confirmation to schedule another round of interviews for over a month. Replied again, to wait another month for an answer again.
