Interview
The interview was done virtually through a program called HireVue. They would give you a question, allow you a couple of minutes to prepare an answer, and then you would record your response.

Question 1
How do you work with people who have different perspectives than your own? Describe a situation, your actions, and the outcome.
initially you answer some personality indicating questions, then a lot of behaviorial questions if they like what they see they will send a link to do a recorded interview where you submit your own responses and can re-record them as well . super easy but super lengthy.
Online just a few video questions with no in person interview. It was also not live everything is pre recorded. Overall pretty easy and not too bad. Getting the job is mainly about availability
