Virtual interview that went into depth about how open you are to learning new information and working with a team. Pretty quick process overall to next steps and was hired within 2 weeks of applying in the summer

They use STARR method for questions. Be prepared to have a lot of examples of past work experience or real life experience. It’s a customer facing role so be prepared to answer questions in ways that reflect you being of service to customers.

The interview process was quick and easy. It was a virtual interview with basic interview questions and several attempts on each one. After that a phone call to review the job standards, confirm department and availability.
