Applied online, received an email from a recruiter to coordinate a time to chat over the phone. Had a 30 min phone call interview to go over my background/experience and to discuss the role in more detail. At this point they also asked me if I was open to doing an assignment that would assess my customer support skills. I had 48 hrs to complete the assignment and was told that if that went well I would be invited to the onsite interview.
After that I heard back from the recruiter in regards to assignment, I was excited to hear that they wanted me to go to the on-site interview where I would meet with a total of 4 people in a span of 2hrs. I met with the director and two other people who worked in the department individually. The 4th person I was supposed to meet wasn't available so, I was told that it was a wrap. I was told I would hear back from them within 2 weeks. The interview process was going smooth until I emailed the recruiter after the 2 weeks had passed only to discover that the email had bounced back. I have no idea if the person left the company but that email address was suddenly "no longer valid". I never ended up hearing back in regards to the role or whether they planned to move forward with me or not. I feel like after I took the time to go through the entire job interview process they just ghosted me.
