The hiring process is a 2-3 days process, including written test, f2f and test on computer to solve some automation challenge.
After these two mangerial round 45 min each
The last manger round was a really different experience, questions were asked and countered on the managers experience disregarding the the answer making it feel disrespectful for the I
Candidate, the round was not challenging on what the candidate knows but more of a what the manager knows and expects.
I was asked what would you do if you are given a project, what steps would you take
My Answer: sdlc i.e. requirement gathering, analysis etc.
Manger expected:" you should tell me wether it will be automatable or no "
The above question is an example how frustrating it was, since I am expected to answer steps not the final outcome.
Similarly my project working was questioned, why was my project slow (something I had said before)
My Answer: the servers were far and network issues caused impediments
Manager: the server distance does not matter.
It was foolish of me wasting 2 days just to end with the manager.
