Initially only candidates who fulfilled the the criteria wee asked to fill up online forms...upload CVs...on the day of recuitment we had to undergo aptitude test ....it was an online test for us....next those who cleared apti tude round were called for interview(technical+hr round)....in my case it was an 1:1 interview process...it was both a test of my technical skills and also my ability to cope with stress
