Interview
I was called in for a Direct Interview after I cleared CodeVita Season 6. I was invited to TCS Siruseri Campus in Chennai for the interview. TCS provided all the candidates with complimentary breakfast. Then the HR team addressed us, and a lead from innovations and technology side was invited and he shared about his experiences and the products that he developed there at TCS. By then, the interview slots for all candidates were allotted and were sent to respective interview locations. 3 interviewers per panel, 2 from technical side and 1 from HR side. Interview went well. Technical questions were mostly from the code which I have submitted during the CodeVita contest. They had all my submissions, and asked questions from them.

The interviewer focused on my projects, programming knowledge, and understanding of current technologies. One of the main discussion topics was the difference between traditional software systems and AI-based systems. The interview was conversational, and the interviewer evaluated problem-solving ability, communication skills, and technical understanding. The overall experience was positive and the difficulty level was average.
