The campus selection process comprised of two rounds - Online test & HR Interview. Our group of colleges had the highest count of 1579 eligible candidates appearing for the online test. Out of this 747 candidates including me proceeded to HR interview. I was the last batch around 5 pm and my HR interview went for 15 mins. The questions were like 70:30 of HR & Technical respectively. But it depends on your communication skill to alter this ratio to your favour. Remember the HR questions is nothing but your Resume content,so try to make a honest one 🙂

Interview
The interview process was simple and well-organized. It started with an online aptitude test that included quantitative ability, logical reasoning, and basic English questions. Candidates who cleared the test were shortlisted for the technical interview. The technical round focused on basic programming concepts, problem-solving skills, and questions related to my educational background. After that, there was an HR round where they asked about self-introduction, strengths, weaknesses, willingness to relocate, and career goals. Overall, the interview process was smooth and the interviewers were friendly.

They asked me to introduce myself and explain a basic programming concept that I had learned.
1. first round is aptitude,second round is GD followed by technical round
if aptitude is cleared,we are allowed to attend second round and technical question will be asked in technical round

firstly it was tcs nqt which consist of 3 sections, after clearing you get corresponding interview mail according to your performance in NQT as ninja, digital and prime, i got selected for ninja so in interview they mostly asked resume based questions and some oops concepts
