standard process, went through an agency, confirmation took a week. on the day of interview, filled a form with personal particulars, waited more than an hr to be called and was interviewed swiftly. The questions asked were more developer like rather than architect like, but it was alright

Interview
Mostly three round of the process. Technical, Manager and HR interviews. Each round of interview takes up to 30 mins as per the requirements. Overall response is quick on the feedback.
It was a very healthy discussion and the whole process went very smoothly. It was conducted with a technical round and with a managerial round followed by a HR round. All went well and after each round I was getting the correct information
