Te marcan multiples veces, inicialmente te indican la oferta y te realizan una corta entrevista en ingles.
Si tu desarrollo es optimo entonces continuan con alrededor de una o dos entrevistas extras con las personas de RH

Te preguntan cosas como: Donde aprendiste ingles, has tenido experiencia en atencion a clientes, que tan frecuente haces uso del idioma y despues te piden que te desarrolles contando acerca de tu vida, tu experiencia en otros trabajos, etc.
Tras terminada la entrevista hacen un chequeo completo de historial de trabajos, contactos y residencias
