Candidates who have successfully cleared NQT are eligible. TCS will allocate your role (Ninja/Digital/Prime) based on your performance on the NQT exam. Typically, candidates get Ninja Profile who have cleared round 1 - basic aptitude & reasoning, candidates get Digital Profile if they are able to successfully solve 1 coding question out of 2 coding questions in round 2, candidates get Prime Profile if they are able to successfully solve 2 coding questions in round 2. Interview questions are generally asked from your resume and the technologies and projects you have worked on; mentioned in the resume. Try to be genuine & honest, put things you are confident and comfortable with from which, if asked any question, you can answer it confidently. Generally, the interview questions revolve around your resume and things which you have learned in graduation/post graduation (Like- OS, DBMS, Networking, OOPs, Data Structures & Algorithms etc).
For future interview candidates-
1. Resume should be self attested. (Signature with date)
2. During Document Verification the panel is asking to show the last Semester result through student portal of the university.
3. From what I understand, they are calling the candidates on first come first serve basis, there may be other criteria as well, but this seems to be the case they are following, so I would suggest future candidates to get their document verification done as soon as possible.
4. There are two types of panels in the interview room, one consists of 3 persons (Technical, MR & HR) and another one consists of 2 persons (Technical & MR). If you get the panel of 3 people, then your interview is completed there & you're allowed to go. If you get a panel of 2 people then you have to sit again in the waiting area for the HR interview. Which panel you will get depends on chance.
5. I would also suggest candidates to bring an umbrella, food and water. Bags and phones are allowed, but laptops and pen drives are not permitted.
