Very informal. Put you at ease during the interview. Everything ran on time and the questions were suitable. Results within a couple of weeks. Highly recommend applying if in doubt.

Straight forward 2 step interview procedure. The interview was done via Ms. Teams. There was also factory visit to have a general idea about the site. The first interview was with direct manager and peer. The next one with engineering manager.
