I was invited for initial interview, then again for another interview. I was hired soon. As a start up company, a tedious interview process was not in place as they were in a hurry to get staff on board.

Interview
I was asked to provide a portfolio of completed websites and any videos I had created using Adobe After Effects. After the portfolio was looked over I was offered a position full-time. They asked the standard interview questions to find out what type of personality I had and wanted to know that I could handle multi-tasking.
