Interview
First round was about understanding the project management capabilities. Was a long discussion and was good enough. As every other IT firm, the result was communicated only after 2 days. The 2nd round was a shocker as the interviewer expected me to design an application (technical design). This was no where mentioned in the Job description. If they were expecting a technical guy, this should have been clear on the JD. Instead they called for interview and I realised this in the 2nd round. Not expected at all and a complete waste of time. If the JD had mentioned this, I would have opted out of the whole process

What projects do you manage, how do you manage, how do you control cost, schedule etc
1) Round technical project Management process
2) Director round
all rounds are face to face. out of 35 candidates they selected only 5 got selected. they told you people are not rejected. but till now not single guy received offer. simply they wasted our time on holiday . they told multiple position are opened. my only request please don't attend any interviews until unless spot offer is declared.
