HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I applied for an AI Security and Compliance Lead role via Indeed. We scheduled an initial call on 9/5. I waited and didn’t receive a phone call. I understand things happen, so I followed up with an email… no reply. Then on 9/22 a different individual texted me to set up a call, we did for the following Thursday. I did not receive a phone call, so I followed up via text. Amazingly I got a response this time stating the role had been filled. The issue isn’t not getting the role, it’s the complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and disrespect for my time. The silver lining is, I may have dodged a bullet if this is a reflection of the organization.
