My interview was conducted over the phone with two account managers. The interview consisted of typical questions about my education, prior work experience and the goals I hoped to achieve by working at Tayloe Gray. It was a conversational, low-pressure interview and I could tell the interviewers were not following a pre-scripted list of questions.

There were two interviews. One with one partner, and the second with all three partners. I applied for the office manager position, but wasn't exactly qualified. They liked me a lot, so they created a freelance position just for me! I'm glad they were so flexible and willing to give me a chance to show them what I know.
