      Primary School Teacher Interview

      29 Dec 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Cambridge, England
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Teaching Personnel (Cambridge, England) in Jun 2017

      Interview

Worked as a supply teacher via teaching agency before being interviewed and offered a job. The head teacher and senior teachers informally observed me on multiple occasions. Feedback about my progress was given to the head through the phase leader. The children's exercise books were reviewed (to ensure I was following the marking policy and evidencing of using appropriate resources and the overall learning outcomes for children of different abilities).
