Team RH Fitness interview questions

The strangest interview ever. System design interview, interviewed by someone who were supposed to be an architect. They asked me to design a system. I did design a system very well. The interviewer would ask me a question, I would respond correctly and then he would flap his hands and repeat back to me what I had just said with enthusiasm and applaud. I guess it was his idea of positive reinforcement. I felt like a 5 year old in a Ronald McDonald party. Not a particularly good or very professional experience.
